Chase Design Group is hiring : Designer in New York

Chase Design Group is looking for a versatile and talented Designer to join our growing team in the New York studio!

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing high-quality design concepts, and assisting the Creative Lead, Creative Director, and Chief Creative Officer.

This role is Hybrid and is expected to be in the NYC studio at least 1-2 days / week.

Responsibilities

Be involved in all aspects of the creative work, including research, idea generation, concept exploration, design development and finalization

Be a design guardian for the brands we work on, ensuring colour, type and visual equities follow standards

Deliver high quality, well-considered design solutions that helps to meet our clients’ objectives

Deliver both strong ideas and a high level of craftsmanship across all elements of design

Have a basic understanding of the creative process from brief to production

Organize and maintain design files and master assets as needed

Support the team when managing external specialists e.g., illustrators, visualizer

Help to maintain an atmosphere of inspiration and collaboration

Be a self-starting, multifaceted designer with a degree in fine arts or graphic design

2-5 years’ experience working as a graphic designer in the branding space

Very well versed in the CPG space is a plus

Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

Working knowledge of pre-press and production

Strong typography and hand skills

Works well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, and is a team player

Base Salary Range : 65k – 80k
