Collections Specialist (Contract) - Conshohocken, PA

Location : Fully onsite in Conshohocken, PA

Duration : 3-6 month contract

Role Overview

We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Collections Specialist to lead a major account clean-up project for a dynamic services company. This role requires strong research skills and the ability to catch up on overdue accounts efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Conduct extensive research to identify and resolve outstanding balances
• Contact clients via phone and email to follow up on overdue invoices
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies
• Prepare aging reports and escalate issues as needed
• Achieve weekly and monthly collection targets
