We are currently looking for an entrepreneurial Senior Wealth Advisor to join our newly opened Seattle, WA office. The way we see it – advisors deserve to have equity in the firm they’ve helped build – which is why we’re looking for dynamic leaders with a portable, HNW client practice, who will receive meaningful participation in the firm’s collective growth.

As an Advisor with Composition Wealth, you will be provided with :

• A dedicated support ecosystem including estate strategy, investment management, client service, and compliance administration.
• A comprehensive, modular planning process baked into the digital client experience.
• Access to best-of-breed technology and open architecture structure of services and products.
• Professionally developed marketing, business development, and succession planning resources.
• Direct equity participation in the firm’s collective growth.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
• A portable practice of high-net-worth clientele
• Completion of professional and / or financial services accreditation(s) (i.e. CFP, CPA, JD, CWS, MBA preferred)
• Series 65
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a lead advisory role with demonstrated ability to retain and manage relationships
• Proven track record of developing business
• Strong compliance record
• Excellent communication, listening, and relationship-building skills
• Highly motivated, an affinity towards a self-starting work environment
