Continuous Improvement Specialist

A company is looking for a Continuous Improvement Specialist to support Production Control Units and facilitate cross-functional activities.

Key Responsibilities

Provide support to Production Control Units (PCUs) as an individual contributor and team member

Act as the CAPA and Change Control contact for the Formulation and Filling Improvement Program (FFIP)

Facilitate collaborative activities with stakeholders including Quality Control, Engineering, and Operations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field

5 years of related experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry

Experience with CAPA and Change Controls

Willingness to relocate at own expense

Experience in document protocol authoring
