Associate Director of Nursing

Position :

• Associate Director of Nursing Department : Nursing Reports to : Director of Operations Position Type : Full-Time Compensation : $70,000 - $80,000 Position : Manages a team of Registered Nurses and Medical Coordinators who oversee the medical care of individuals with intellectual and development disabilities.
• Works collaboratively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, individuals in services, providers, and families to promote positive outcomes.
• Applies clinical knowledge to assess individuals and provide consultation and training.
• Assesses plans, implements, coordinates, monitors, and evaluates services required to support the individual’s health needs.
• Maintain a manageable caseload of Individuals requiring delegation of medical procedures that are outside the scope of QMAP.
• Actively participates in strategic plan development and implementation.
