Position : Office Scheduling Assistant Location : La Copa Ventures Hutto,Tx Type : Full-time
Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain the office calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure schedules align and conflicts are resolved.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and colleagues to schedule appointments and meetings.
- Assist in organizing and preparing materials for meetings and events.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry, filing, and answering phone calls.
Requirements :
Excellent organizational and time management skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Smart sheets.Previous experience in office administration or scheduling is preferred but not required.Bi-lingual a Plus.Benefits :
