Description of the role :
We are currently looking to fill Phone Operator positions within our Automotive Group team in Baton Rouge, LA. As a Phone Operator, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent customer service over the phone.
Responsibilities :
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries
- Take detailed messages and relay them to the appropriate team member
- Transfer calls to the appropriate department and / or team member
- Provide information about services offered
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
