Job Requirements and Duties
Responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
Set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time, expecting the same from your crew.
Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, work to a schedule, maintain a perfect image, adherence to standards, great customer service, attendance & punctuality, transportation to / from work, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
Qualifications
Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
Prepare product.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Orientation and training provided on the job.
Communicate effectively : comprehend and give correct written instructions; communicate verbally with customers and co-workers.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; make correct monetary change.
Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands / fingers to rapidly and accurately perform precise movements with speed.
Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Clean MVR, meet open availability, demonstrate leadership, desire to reach goals, and have people management skills.

Perfect cash handling and customer service.
Ability to handle inventory and manage store operations.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Work Conditions
Exposure to varying weather conditions when removing trash and performing outside tasks.
In-store temperatures ranging from 36°F to 90°F+ in some work areas.
Sudden temperature changes in work area and while outside.
Exposure to food fumes, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces / tools up to 500°F, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.
Physical Requirements
Standing for most tasks.
Walking short distances for short durations.
Surfaces include ceramic tile, bricks, and linoleum; height of work surfaces is 36–48 inches.
Sitting for paperwork at a desk or table.
Lifting : bulk product deliveries (up to 50 lbs) and occasional lifting of items up to 72 inches high.
Carrying : large cans (˜3 lbs) and pizza sauce (˜30 lbs) from storage to front of store.
Pulling / pushing : trays of pizza dough carried three at a time, pushing trays on dollies (force up to 7.5 lbs).
Climbing : infrequent navigation of stairs or a ladder for maintenance tasks.
