Our client is hiring for a seasoned Maintenance Technician in the Clinton, IL region to support their production equipment.

Your day to day responsibilities :
Perform inspections and repairs production equipment such as gearboxes, pumps, air / hydraulic cylinders and lines, process rolls, reclaim and extrusion equipment, and utilities equipment such as air compressors and water chillers systemsTroubleshoot and repair 480 volt 3-phase motors and controlsDiagnose and troubleshooting failures on equipmentTroubleshoot, PM’s and repairs of buildings, equipment and installed systems to include : extrusion, thermoforming, printing machinery, grinders, blowers, plumbing systems, roofs, drains, shop, and grounds equipmentClean, lubricate, and service a wide variety of pumps, valves, pneumatic controls, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic devicesAssist with installation and modification of building equipment and systemsReplace and repair building finishes such as ceiling tiles, door hardware, piping, floors and equipmentMaintain and operate fire and life safety systems such as fire alarm systems, fire pumps and related fire protection system equipment as assignedWhat you need to be successful :
