As a CBRE Facilities Manager, you will manage a team responsible for providing supervising building operations and maintenance for a facility, campus, or portfolio of small to medium sized buildings. This job is a part of our Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans.

What You'll Do :

• Provide formal supervision to employees. Supervise the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Be responsible for the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
• Schedule and be responsible for the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed!
• Coordinate and lead facility repairs and maintenance with the help of the Lead Engineer by working with technicians, vendors, and contractors!
• Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues.
• Lead and give to capital projects by assisting with planning and execution, coordinating project schedules, supervising vendor relationships, and preparing operating budgets and variance reports to ensure efficient and cost-effective project delivery.
• Perform facility inspections quality assurance following local, state, and federal laws. Suggest operational efficiencies, repairs, and upgrade opportunities.
• Handle environmental health and safety procedures for facilities.
• Be responsible for vendor relationships and billing procedures. Review price quotes for the procurement of parts, services, and labor for projects.
• Conduct process and procedure training on maintenance, repairs, and safety standard processes.
• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement.
• Apply knowledge of own subject area and how own subject area integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Facilities Manager position is $93,500 annually [or $44.95 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Facilities Manager position is $104,000 annually [or $50.00 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
