First Connect Health is seeking a local contract Sterile Processing Technician Director for a local contract job in Asheville, North Carolina. Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Sterile Processing Technician Discipline : Allied Health Professional Start Date : 11 / 24 / 2025 Duration : 50 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, days Employment Type : Local Contract Salary Estimate : $110,000 - $170,000 Incentive Bonus of Up To 17.5% Sign-On Bonus : Case by Case Relocation : Starting At $5,000 Required Education :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Nursing / Two Year Surgical Technology Course
  • Current Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician (CSPDT) or Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) Required License / Certification : IAHCSMM Certification Required Experience :
  • Minimum of five (5) years Sterile Processing, Two Year Surgical Technology Course or CRCST by (IAHCSMM).
  • Excellent leadership skills, communication and technical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure situations.
  • Attention to details.
  • Ability to operate computer.
  • Knowledge of operating room instrumentation and equipment.
  • Knowledge of aseptic technique and infection control.
