Position Profile :

• 16,000 annual ED volume
• 11,000 annual urgent care volume
• 12-hour physician shifts
• Dedicated Nocturnists
• Cerner EMR
• Strong APP team provides daily coverage in Urgent Care & the Main ED
• Hospitalist coverage for admissions 24 hours a day,7 days a week

Beaver Dam Community Hospital(BDCH) opened on February 11, 2006 and is a 60-bed acute care hospital that combines advanced medicine and technology with a state-of-the-art facility to create a healing environment of care for patients and families.
