Job description
A company is looking for a Consulting Analyst who will provide IT support and solutions within the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
Lead initiatives related to application and process improvements
Provide incident support through data gathering and troubleshooting
Resolve complex Tier 2 application-specific issues and complete intricate application builds / fixes
Required Qualifications
BA / BS in computer science, information technology, healthcare administration, or related field; experience may substitute for degree
Epic Application Certification / Proficiency in at least two applications preferred
Must achieve Epic Certification scores in at least two applications within the first three months
Minimum four years of professional experience in information services or healthcare industries preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
