We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated individual to join our team of seasoned professionals to meet customer commitments and rapidly growing business needs.
Kathairos Driver / Operators are responsible for the safe transportation of liquid nitrogen from local production and storage facilities to customer locations. Driver / Operators will also operate a skid steer to load and unload microbulk liquid nitrogen tanks and deliver these tanks to customer locations.
Roles and Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following :
- Complete proper pre / post-trip inspections on truck and perform minor repairs (e.g. air leaks, lights, mudflaps).
- Safely load / unload and transport liquid nitrogen to various locations in purpose-built trucks.
- Safely load and deliver microbulk nitrogen tanks to customer locations.
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on our assets (tighten fittings, leak monitoring and install / replace minor tank devices).
- Provide initial training to new employees and conduct regular training and coaching to all employees.
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time (e.g. logbooks, trip sheets, nitrogen fill tickets).
- Complete Health, Safety and Environment training / documents as required.
Requirements :
Valid Class A CDLValid Tanker and HazMat endorsements.Must meet all current DOT requirements.Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no more than 1 citation and 0 at-fault accidents within the last 3 years.Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong computer skills.Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.Must have good interpersonal skills and work both collaboratively and independently.Must pass a pre-employment physical, drug and alcohol test.Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check.Previous Cryogenic experience is a plus, but training will be provided.Off road oilfield hauling experience considered an asset.Physical Requirements
This position requires operating and maintaining nitrogen delivery equipment in remote oilfield environments. Candidates must be physically capable of performing the following essential duties safely and effectively :
Driving (50%) Operate a commercial truck up to 1011 hours per shift on uneven or off-road terrain; may require installing / removingtire chains (4070 lbs)in adverse conditions.Climbing (10%) Enter / exit truck cab and climb onto tanks or trailers2030 times per shiftfor inspections or deliveries.Walking & Standing (10%) Walk and stand for up to23 hoursat a time on uneven, muddy, or icy surfaces during field operations.Bending & Stooping (10%) Regularly bend, kneel, or stoop to connect hoses, secure fittings, and perform system checks.Manual Handling (10%) Use hand tools and delivery equipment;lift, carry, or pull up to 75 lbs.Equipment Maintenance (10%) Perform DOT-required inspections and basic maintenance; may involve crawling under vehicles or accessing confined spaces.Work Environment : Outdoor field settings with exposure to heat, cold, wind, and noise. Must wear required PPE (FRC, gloves, hard hat, safety glasses, and steel-toed boots).Perks and Benefits :
