Member Tech Support Representative

Job Description : The Member Tech Support Representative provides technical assistance to members by identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving online account issues through inbound calls. Primary duties will include answering member questions and troubleshooting technical issues related to the Member Portal (computer web browser & phone application). This includes asking questions, gathering information for reporting to internal IT teams, creating clear / detailed documentation, and using common technical knowledge.

Main Position Details : Start : 11 / 03 Pay : $19.00 / hr Schedule : Monday - Friday 8 : 00am-6 : 00pm

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma / GED required
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• 2+ years of trouble shooting or technical experience
• Health insurance experience strongly preferred
• Experience walking someone through an insurance benefits portal and how to navigate preferred

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
