Director of Automation Testing

A company is looking for a Director of Automation Testing.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage automation initiatives, including setting up infrastructure at project inception

Oversee and propose improvements to existing automation frameworks and manage projects from inception to completion

Mentor a team of automation engineers and evaluate new automation technologies and tools

Required Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field

At least five years of experience managing a team of Automation Testers

Proficiency in web-application automation tools, REST API testing, and main automation design patterns

Experience with Java 8+, Spring Framework, and TestNG

Familiarity with SDLC and testing methodologies
