We are looking for a Senior Producer to join our team and help us build unforgettable AAA experiences. The Senior Producer will partner closely with designers, engineers, and artists to bring core features to life, keeping the team organized, focused, and supported every step of the way. We’re looking for someone who is just as comfortable digging into Jira dashboards as they are having an honest, empathetic conversation when the pressure is on. This position will report to the Lead Producer over features.

Responsibilities

• Own the planning and delivery of key gameplay and technical features from concept to ship
• Build and maintain clear roadmaps, prioritized sprint boards, and organized backlogs using Jira as your go-to tool
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify inter- and intra-team dependencies and risks to keep production running smoothly
• Identify and drive relevant discussions around iteration, prioritization, scoping, and schedule balancing
• Communicate progress, risks, and changes in a transparent, constructive, and supportive way
• Keep development moving forward by anticipating problems and proactively helping solve them
• Create an environment where collaboration, accountability, and creativity can thrive
• Playtest with the studio, design, and art teams to iterate based on playtest feedback and player experience

The estimated base pay range for this role is : $115,000 - $150,000 USD
