Roofing Sales

Stronghouse is looking for driven, professional, and detail-oriented individuals to partner with us as Independent Roofing Sales Contractors. As an independent contractor, you'll have the freedom to run your own sales business while leveraging our reputation, marketing tools, and support resources. You'll gain access to training materials and product knowledge to help you understand our roofing process — from lead generation to project completion — while you manage and grow your business.

What You'll Do:

• Generate your own leads through canvassing, referrals, or personal networks
• Communicate and engage with potential customers
• Educate homeowners about roof replacement options and guide them through the process
• Manage your own schedule and customer relationships
• Deliver an exceptional experience to every customer you serve

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing and lead generation
• Motivated self-starters with strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
• Willing to learn and execute company standards
• Able to climb ladders and safely navigate roofs
• LLC, EIN, and COI required (or willing to obtain)
• Previous sales experience is a plus (but not required)
