Job descriptionShift Schedule : May 13th at 8 a.m. to May 20th at 8 a.m., June 17th at 8 a.m. to June 24th at 8 a.m. Ongoing coverage until a permanent provider is hired. Admissions : Required. Hospital Privileges : Required. Temporary Privileges : Available. Stroke Certification : Yes. Patients Per Shift : 12. Estimated Credentialing Timeframe : 30 days. Fellowship : Required. Age of Patients : Varies. Scope of Practice : Invasive cardiology - diagnostic only, Invasive cardiology - Interventional. Coverage Dates : May 13th to May 20th, June 17th to June 24th, and ongoing. Cath Lab / STEMI Coverage : Yes. Call Night / Weekend : Yes. Support Staff : Full service available (nurses / techs / MAs, etc.). Outpatient / Inpatient : Both. Procedures : Interventional locum will perform electives as well as STEMI. Night call covers general and interventional cases. License Requirement : Licensed in MT or IMLC. Certification Requirement : ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS. EMR System : Cerner. Fellowship Requirement : Yes.
