Job descriptionBoard Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) Active Pennsylvania License Active DEA License Must Be Able to Pass Background Check Strong Written Communication Skills Mon Friday (8AM 4PM) Two Days per Week in Clarion & Three Days in DuBois Obtain, Evaluate and Record Mental Health Histories Perform Mental Health Assessments Order Necessary Testing (Labs, EKG) for Routine and Acute Mental Health Care Analyze and Interpret Data to Establish Appropriate Treatment Planning Initiate Necessary Referrals / Consults to Specialists and Other Health Professionals / Services Educate Individuals Regarding Mental Health Related Matters Including Treatments, Medications, Diet and Other Issues as Required Provide Management for Acute and Chronic Mental Illness Under the Direction of the Supervising Physician Prescribe Necessary Medications, as Authorized by Law and with the Limits of the Written Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner Agreement, to Remit / Resolve Patient Mental Health Problems / Symptoms Provide Services to Pediatric, Adult and Geriatric Patients Adhere to Supervision Requirements as Governed by a Written CRNP Supervision Agreement

Our client is looking for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. The pay range our client is offering is $135,000 base salary.
- $135,000 Base Salary ($70hr - $90hr)
