Sales Business Development Center Agent

Responsibilities :

  • Handle inbound leads (phone, internet) and direct to appropriate contact
  • Contact present customers (phone, email) to maintain and improve customer loyalty
  • Develop pipeline of sales and business opportunity (partnerships, etc.) leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals
  • Work with sales department to develop sales strategies and techniques
  • Research and stay current in consumer and industry trends
  • Communicate industry news and trends to management and dealership employees
  • Outstanding Customer Service
  • Qualifications :

  • Automotive dealership Sales or Business Development Center (BDC) experience is preferred
  • Superior communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent follow-through skills
  • Solid working knowledge of the Internet
  • Familiarity with automotive financing
  • Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • The compensation for this position is wholly commission-based. As a result, compensation may vary based on several factors, including individual performance and market conditions. The range in monthly compensation reasonably expected for this position is $5,000 $6,250.

  • All applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include : background checks, MVR, and drug testing in order to qualify for employment
