Field Service Engineer Blow Mold Machinery - Clifton, NJ

Support customer relationship management through the effective use of technical knowledge to install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain Blow Mold equipment at customer sites; generate service revenue; and adhere to state and federal regulatory requirements.

Key Roles :

• Build credibility and trust with customers by conducting pro-active customer visits.
• Support identification and resolution of customer issues, following appropriate escalation process.
• Understand and apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory to install, diagnose, and repair equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, automation, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic problems.
• Performs all administrative duties including timesheets, service work orders, expense reports, Field Change Orders, preventative maintenance and installation documents, site and service documentation, and other related paperwork.
• Utilize formal and informal training opportunities to maintain knowledge of technical advances and current industry trends.
