We are seeking a Senior Logistics Manager to lead the cross dock & transportation operations at our Smyrna, TN service center. This role serves as the primary point of contact for cross dock & transportation-related client communications and ensures safety and P&L accountability. Strong leadership, operational oversight, and client relationship management are key to success in this role.

Pay Type : Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month

Annual Salary Pay : $100,000 to $105,000 in addition to a 10% bonus eligibility

Schedule : Monday through Friday from 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM. Employee will be required to work additional hours and days as needed to support business needs.

Summary

The Senior Manager Logistics provides leadership for the Distribution Center and supervisors, who are directly responsible for turn key warehousing and transportation solutions. The incumbent will have and maintain high level interface directly with the customer on a regular basis.

Compensation Information

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data / ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and / or long-term incentive plan based on the level and / or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below :

Minimum Pay Range : 100000

Maximum Pay Range : 105000
