POSITION SUMMARY

The shops at Steamboat are looking for an Assistant Manager with at least one year of guest service and rental / retail experience required. This position will be working in our fast paced Retail Rental shop - The Steamboat Store, focusing on our retail department. We are looking for prompt, accurate and professional folks who are self-motivated and positive at all times. This is a Flex Year-Round position, which means that you will work 10 out of 12 months in the year. This also means that Year-Round benefits apply, however there are 2 months during the year when business levels are lower, and scheduled hours will not be provided.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

The base hourly pay range below represents the low and high end of the Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation's hourly pay range for this position. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and / or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include many region-specific benefits.

Steamboat Springs area base hourly pay range : $22.50 - $23.50 per hour
