Job Overview :
Our client in Boulder, CO is seeking a Part-Time Administrative & AP Support Specialist to assist with a short-term project involving invoice verification and data management. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and exposure to accounting processes, particularly AP. NetSuite experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities :
As a Part-Time Administrative & AP Support Specialist, you will :
Document Management :
Scan physical documents and organize digital files (approx. 50% of workload).
Data Entry & Verification :
Upload scanned documents into NetSuite.
Ad Hoc Support :
Assist with additional tasks as the project evolves.
Excel Work :
Use provided templates to verify and reconcile new data.
Qualifications :
The ideal Part-Time Administrative & AP Support Specialist will have :
Experience :
NetSuite experience strongly preferred.
Skills :
Proficiency in Excel.
