Description :

L&D RN position available.

Candidates can submit without an active RN license.

License processing takes 6-8 weeks, so candidates should apply immediately upon offer.

Shifts will vary, with travelers working straight days or nights.

The exact shift assignments will be based on staffing needs close to the start date.

Guaranteed hours will be 60 hours per 2 weeks.

Travelers may be called off for one 12-hour shift every two weeks.

Candidates will float within their scope to meet facility needs.

No on-call requirement.

Candidates must be willing to work two out of three major holidays.

Facility type includes acute care and long-term care.

Total staffed beds include both acute care and long-term care.

Charting is done using the Epic system.

Housing and a rental vehicle will be provided.

Housing will typically be one-bedroom apartments.

Pets are not allowed in housing units.

The cleaning of the housing unit is mandatory before departure.

Vehicle use will be restricted to local areas.

A valid driver’s license and proof of insurance are required for vehicle operation.

Traveler must return the vehicle with a full tank of gas and cleaned before returning.

Minimum supervisory references are required.

Candidates must float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate locations.

Permanent staff must be separated for a minimum period before returning as a traveler.

Travelers can work for a maximum of one calendar year in their assignment.

There are required modules that must be completed pre-start and annually.

All module time spent is self-reported.
