  • Proven experience in a senior nursing leadership role, preferably as Director of Nursing or equivalent\n\t

  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities\n\t
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\n\t
  • Ability to develop and implement policies, procedures, and workflow improvements\n\t
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving aptitude\n\t
  • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and healthcare software\n

    Nice to Have Skills :

  • Experience in specialized healthcare settings (e.g., long-term care, critical care, rehabilitation)\n\t
  • Knowledge of budget management and resource allocation\n\t
  • Proven track record of leading change initiatives\n

    Preferred Education and Experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred\n\t
  • At least 5 years of nursing management experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a Director-level role\n

    Other Requirements : \n\n \n\t

  • Valid RN license in the state of employment\n\t
  • Ability to meet travel requirements if applicable\n\t
  • Commitment to maintaining professional licensure and ongoing education\n
