General Manager Trainee MARBLE FALLS $50,000-55,000

About the Role :

As a General Manager Trainee, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Marble Falls location. You will work closely with the management team to ensure that the store is running efficiently and effectively. Your main goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of employee satisfaction. You will also be responsible for managing inventory, scheduling staff, and ensuring that all company policies and procedures are being followed.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• 2+ years of experience in retail management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

As a General Manager Trainee, you will need to have strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team of employees. You will also need to have excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and scheduling. Additionally, you will need to have a strong understanding of customer service and be able to provide exceptional service to our customers. Finally, proficiency in inventory management software and bilingualism in English and Spanish are preferred but not required skills that will be beneficial in this role.
