What You’ll Do

 Serve as the primary contact for clients, guiding them through onboarding, reviews, and

ongoing support

 Manage client communications, paperwork, and account transactions

 Collaborate with advisors to ensure financial plans are executed with care

 Maintain accurate records in HubSpot, Right Capital, Schwab, and Fidelity

 Conduct client review meetings. Opportunity to close new business with existing clients

What We’re Looking For

 4+ years in financial services

 College degree preferred

 Series 65, Life & Health Insurance licenses required

 Strong communication, organization, and client service skills

 Tech-savvy; HubSpot & Right Capital experience a plus
