Inside Sales Agent Opportunity – Marcus and Millichap South Bay

Marcus and Millichap South Bay Los Angeles is seeking a licensed Inside Sales Agent to begin a long-term career path in commercial real estate. This opportunity is designed for motivated professionals who want to gain industry experience, work under daily mentorship, and follow a clear track toward becoming a successful commercial listing agent while earning rewarding commissions .

In this position, you will connect with inbound and outbound prospects, evaluate investor interest, identify property opportunities, and coordinate appointments for senior advisors. You will also sharpen your skills in outreach, research, and lead development while building confidence in a fast-paced environment.

First year earning potential when hitting goals : $150,000+.

This opportunity is best suited for ambitious and detail-oriented individuals who are eager to grow within a structured and collaborative team culture.

Compensation : $150,000 at plan

Responsibilities :

  • Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs
  • Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads
  • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads
  • Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions
  • Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met

Qualifications :

  • Must possess a real estate license or be in pursuit of a license
  • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired
  • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
  • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Real Estate license required
  • License is required in order to earn commissions
