Air Import Agent

A leading global logistics provider is seeking an Air Import Agent to coordinate and manage customer air import shipments. This role serves as the key liaison between customers, customs brokers, and carriers, ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient shipment handling.

Responsibilities include : coordinating air import operations from arrival through delivery, preparing and processing documentation, tracking purchase orders, managing exceptions, and providing excellent customer service through proactive communication.

Requirements :

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience in air freight or logistics preferred
• Knowledge of Logis Air or CargoWise a plus

Salary : $21.32–$28.43 / hour (based on experience)
