Job Details

A well-established transactional practice is seeking a corporate associate with 8+ years of experience to support a broad range of business and real estate transactions. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys working on complex deals and collaborating directly with clients.

Ideal candidates will have experience with :

Handling transactions involving the purchase, sale, or financing of businesses and commercial real estate

Drafting and negotiating transaction documents with strong attention to detail

Entity formation and governance

Commercial leasing and real estate title matters (preferred)

Conducting due diligence and managing closings
