Coordinate daily labor orders, schedule deployments, manage replacements, and respond to emergent trade labor needs within defined timelines (including <-day call-outs).
Track active workforce (+ tradespeople) across roles such as electricians, welders, plumbers, HVAC, and general labor.
Ensure strict compliance with prevailing wage (Davis-Bacon), DBE participation tracking, OSHA/safety, and E-Verify policies.
Oversee onboarding, badging, credential checks, and safety training compliance for all assigned personnel.
Prepare and submit timely daily logs, labor reports, incident documentation, and quarterly updates to stakeholders.
Support recruiting team with forecasting upcoming needs, role prioritization, and vetting of local candidates.
Lead weekly check-ins with operations managers and participate in any inspections, audits, or evaluations. Skill set info experience managing labor or staffing contracts in facility maintenance, utilities, construction, or industrial trades.
Deep familiarity with local labor categories, certifications, and Louisiana trade licensing (, electricians, welders, millwrights).
Proven ability to manage high-volume, on-call labor environments with T&M or IDIQ contracts.
Prior experience with public sector contracting and prevailing wage compliance.
Strong working knowledge of DBE utilization tracking, safety (OSHA), and labor documentation.
Effective communicator and relationship manager with municipal clients.
Must be local to the New Orleans area and able to be on-site when required. Education Educational Qualifications:
