Executive Administrative Assistant
Jerry's Home Improvement is hiring an Executive Administrative Assistant to join our corporate office team. This role supports Jerry's Value Mission of providing World Class Service for our customers by directly supporting our EVP of Stores & Merchandising and other Senior Leadership.
The Job
- Providing administrative support to the corporate leadership team by assisting with various tasks, working independently or collaboratively
- Duties include data entry, preparing reports, presentations and agendas, note taking, preparing executive material, and logistics support
- Scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and making travel arrangements
- Other duties as assigned

Strong desire to help while being Courteous, Tactful, Diplomatic, Outgoing, and FriendlyPositive, highly service-oriented attitudeExcellent prioritization, organizational, time management, and both written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SmartSheet, and PowerBI with a demonstrated ability to utilize higher-level features across all of these applicationsPrior experience as an Administrative Assistant is a significant plusAbility to work independently and cooperatively across workgroupsAbility to handle sensitive information in a confidential mannerCompensation

Schedule
