Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients by offering tailored support and guidance.
  • Customize insurance solutions to meet individual needs, goals, and lifestyles.
  • Explain insurance products and coverages in a clear, approachable manner.
  • Generate new business through proactive outreach, including cold and warm calling.
  • Identify, qualify, and convert leads into long-term customers.
  • Perform comprehensive policy reviews to ensure optimal coverage.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for success.
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and professional skills.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market conditions.
  • Adapt quickly to meet evolving customer needs and business goals.
  • Requirements

  • Prior insurance or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Active Michigan Property & Casualty and Life, Accident & Health Licenses are required at time of hire
  • Strong background in client-facing roles is highly encouraged.
  • Must demonstrate reliability, integrity, and a strong ethical foundation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Highly self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent required.
