Payrate : $35 - $40 / hr (Depending on experience)

Start Date : ASAP

Employment Type : PRN

Shifts Available :

Day : 7 : 00 AM 3 : 00 PM
Evening : 3 : 00 PM 11 : 00 PM
Night : 7 : 00 PM 6 : 00 AM

Job Summary :

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable LPN / LVN to join our team in a (SNF) setting on a PRN basis. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to residents, ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations, and collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to promote resident health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with established care plans.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Monitor and record residents' vital signs, conditions, and responses to care.

Communicate effectively with RNs, physicians, CNAs, and other staff.

Ensure accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records.

Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers of residents.

Promote a safe and clean working environment.

Respond promptly to emergencies and report significant changes in residents' conditions.

Uphold residents' rights and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Required Requirements :

Valid LPN or LVN license in the state of Massachusetts.

CPR / BLS certification (current).

At least 1 year of nursing experience in a SNF or long-term care facility.

Ability to work flexible PRN shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
