Looking for a Critical Care RN. Will float to Med Surg as needed.

Equipment utilized in the unit / dept.

One Chart / EPIC, Omnicell, Phillips tele monitoring / remote telemetry

Required skills and minimum years of experience.

1 year ICU, if candidate has ER skills could use assistance there as well

Specific licensures and certifications / registrations required.

BLS, ACLS, PALS required. TNCC preferred. MN license

Shift or schedule requirements.

12 hour rotating shifts, 2 weekends on 6 week schedule, no call requirements, opportunity for additional shifts

Floating to over units / departments.

ICU and MS beds are interchangeable within the unit.

Potentially to ER if trained or float over to assist when busy. Respond to codes throughout acute care.

Bed size / number of rooms for this unit / dept.

Critical Access Hospital with 25 shared beds with ICU / MS / OB

Nurse to patient ratio of this unit.

Dependent on skill assignment. 1-2 patients if ICU, 4-6 patients if Med Surg assignment and / or if partnered with a co-assigned nurse for the shift.

Dress Code : Navy Blue scrubs
