Telemetry RN Job Details Location : Wichita, KS 67214 Healthcare Setting : Telemetry Unit (IMU) Unit Size : 37 beds Assignment Duration : 13 weeks Nursing Shift : 12-hour nights (7PM - 7AM) Hours per Week : 36 Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $1470-$1570 Start Date : November 3, 2025 End Date : February 2, 2026 Registered Nurse Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license BLS and ACLS certifications required Minimum 1 year of recent Telemetry or IMU nursing experience Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and ability to work independently Positive attitude and commitment to patient-centered care Telemetry RN Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care in a 37-bed Telemetry unit Monitor and assess patients with cardiac conditions and acute medical needs Administer medication drips and manage central lines Assist with Heart Catheterization recovery and bubble studies Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team including RNs, Patient Care Techs, and Unit Clerks Utilize Meditech EMR for accurate clinical documentation Maintain patient ratios of 1 : 6 (1 : 4 for Heart Cath patients) Discover rewarding travel nursing opportunities in Wichita, Kansas.
