RETS Associates is seeking a Pre-MBA Associate with 3-6 years years’ of experience in commercial real estate or investment banking to join our client's investment team. We are representing a well- capitalized, privately held real estate investment manager led by industry veterans with 30+ years of experience. The firm invests across the equity capital stack through a discretionary fund series, providing creative capital solutions to operating partners.

Focused on middle-market transactions ($30–$150M) and value-add strategies, the company targets retail, multifamily, and industrial assets in major Sunbelt and Western U.S. markets. The team is pursuing $1B+ in active opportunities within a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.

🔷  Role Overview :

The Associate will work closely with senior leadership across the  full investment lifecycle.  Key responsibilities :

• Build financial models and underwrite investments
• Manage due diligence and closings
• Prepare IC materials and investor updates
• Monitor portfolio performance and business plans

Research market, demographic, and economic trends
