As a Security Officer - Armed Healthcare Patrol in Riverview, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated healthcare locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. Your visible presence and proactive approach will support a secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors. What You'll Do :
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sitesSupport operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and educationReceive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teamsDeliver consistent, professional security presence and customer serviceBe ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs ariseResponsibilities :
Provide customer service to clients, following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriateRespond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all timesConduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and / or potential threatsMonitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access within the healthcare locationMaintain detailed records of daily activities, incidents, and / or unusual occurrences as required by Allied UniversalCollaborate with healthcare staff and visitors to address concerns and provide assistance as neededCarry and maintain readiness with assigned equipment in accordance with Allied Universal and location-specific protocolsWhat We're Looking For :
