Director Family Medicine in IL

$380,000 with $50,000 Sign-On Bonus & No Call

Position Highlights :

Work-Life Balance : 4-Day Week with No Call
Ideal Work Environment : EPIC EMR with excellent clinical support
Sustainable Volume : 15-18 patients per day
Leadership Opportunities : Director leadership with low administrative hours

Compensation & Benefits :

Competitive Compensation : $350k Salary GTD + Bonus

Sign-On Bonus / Relocation : $50,000

Additional Bonus Incentives : Production and Quality Bonus

Qualifications :

Degree : MD or DO

Certifications : BC or BE in Family Medicine

Licensure : Licensed or ability to obtain state licensure

Skillset : Family Practice - outpatient

Experience : Open to new grads
