Job descriptionBachelor's degree in computer science, or related field, or High School diploma and equivalent relevant work experience required. Minimum 2-3 years' experience supporting computer hardware / software in a LAN / WAN environment. Minimum 1-2 years' experience supporting computer hardware / software. Knowledge and experience troubleshooting hardware, software, networks, and basic operating system functionality or equivalent. Knowledge and experience supporting Microsoft Office products / Office 365. Proven ability to be adaptable and flexible; able to adjust to new requirements or unforeseen issues. Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on excellent customer service. Strong planning and organizational skills. Exceptional time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks and allocate resources efficiently. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to professionally interact with team members in other departments. Proficient in MSO / 365 applications such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Desire to live Slide's Core Values.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide first-class support to users in person, over the phone, and through tickets.
- Diagnose and resolve desktop hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot software and applications.
- Create, modify, and terminate user accounts and access permissions.
- Assist in testing, designing, and implementing computer systems and workflows.
- Track open tickets, document resolutions, and follow up with users.
- Advise and train users on appropriate technology solutions and procedures.
- Act as back-up support for headquarters Desktop Engineers.
- Maintain current knowledge of system updates and changes.
- Prepare reports related to support activities as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
