Our client is seeking a trusted, proactive Household Manager to oversee daily operations of their primary residence in Delray Beach, Florida, as well as additional properties.
This individual will manage property maintenance, vendor relationships, household logistics, and travel coordination with professionalism, discretion, and precision.
Key Responsibilities Oversee all property operations, including scheduling and supervising maintenance, repairs, and vendor services (landscaping, pool, HVAC, cleaning, security, etc.).
Manage household logistics, including inventory control, supplies, and preparation for guests or events.
Provide personal support to the Principals :
- calendar management, correspondence, errands, and liaison with service providers.
- Coordinate travel and hospitality arrangements, including flights, accommodations, arrivals / departures, and property readiness.
- Handle administrative tasks, such as expense tracking, budget management, and coordination with the Bookkeeper.
- Supervise household staff and ensure smooth coordination across multiple properties.
- Provide hands-on problem solving and crisis management with complete discretion and sound judgment.
- Maintain flexibility and availability for evenings, weekends, or travel as needed.
- Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury household management.
- Exceptional organization, communication, and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of smart-home systems and general property operations.
- Flexible to travel and adjust hours as needed.
