We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CRM Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. The CRM Marketing Operations Manager will sit within the Customer Marketing team and be the driving force behind our CRM and data operations, ensuring our customer database is well managed, our systems are healthy, our data is accurate, and our marketing efforts are optimized. You will be a key partner to our marketing, product, and operations teams, leveraging your expertise to manage our waitlists, automate critical processes, and enable robust reporting.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary owner of our waitlist management operations. Set up and maintain automated triggers to manage the waitlist efficiently and provide regular, high-impact reporting to leadership.
Oversee the health and integrity of our CRM data flows and audience segmentation. Troubleshoot sync issues, manage data imports and refreshes, and proactively maintain system health to ensure a seamless flow of information.
Lead the development and maintenance of marketing automations, and work with data and engineering teams to optimize data architecture and backend processes, enhancing deliverability and efficiency.
Partner with marketing teams to define and build target audience segments for lifecycle marketing campaigns based on demographic, behavioral, and other criteria. Create and maintain data extensions and use SQL queries to build and score audiences for campaigns.
Ensure all data-related functionality and tools for lifecycle marketing campaign deployment are working correctly, including validating mobile deep linking, form capture, propensity scoring, and other tracking mechanisms to guarantee accurate campaign performance data.
Collaborate cross-functionally to support waitlist and lifecycle reporting.
Partner with internal teams on identifying process, data, and reporting improvements, acting as a subject matter expert on CRM.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
6+ years of professional experience in a Salesforce, marketing operations, or CRM-focused role.
Proven expert-level proficiency in Salesforce Data Cloud.
Salesforce Developer, Architect, and / or Consultant certifications.
Strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and broader customer relationship management systems.
Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights, create dashboards, and develop reports.
Highly proactive, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.
Proven track record of meeting deadlines and managing priorities effectively.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience in the transportation or technology industry.
Proficiency in APEX, SQL, HTML, CSS, and / or JavaScript.
Experience working with analytics tools.
Experience with Tableau and / or Looker.
Experience launching new products or services, ideally B2C.
Advanced degree in a related field.
