RN Clinical Navigator

A company is looking for a RN Clinical Navigator to support doctors and patients in a remote healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

Manage communications and documentation between patients and doctors

Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to resolve patient concerns efficiently

Provide clinical feedback on patient inquiries and support physicians in resolving care issues

Qualifications

Licensed RN with a compact state license or residing in an eligible state

3+ years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in telemedicine

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable using technology platforms such as Gmail and Google Docs

Willingness to work a schedule from Saturday to Wednesday
