As a General Manager, your #1 priority is driving daily membership sales, generating leads, and creating a high-performance sales culture—all while delivering a world-class member experience.You’ll lead from the front by hitting personal sales goals, developing a strong in-studio community, and mentoring a results-driven team.
This is a sales-first leadership position ideal for someone who thrives on metrics, motivation, and movement.
Compensation :
- $70,000–$85,000 base salary + uncapped commission & performance bonuses.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Lead Generation (Top Priority)
Consistently meet and exceed personal and team sales goalsDrive weekly lead generation through :○ Local business outreach ○ Grassroots events and pop-ups ○ Referral programs ○ Community engagement partnershipsExecute the LASER sales process to convert leads to long-term membersCollaborate with ownership to forecast and execute against weekly / monthly revenue targets Strategic Planning & Performance ManagementSet clear team KPIs and revenue goals with aligned daily / weekly action plansLead weekly strategy meetings and monthly sales reviewsLeverage reports to identify performance gaps and implement solutionsOptimize all studio revenue streams : memberships, class packages, and retail Retention & Member ExperienceBuild rapport with every member to support satisfaction and retentionAddress and resolve member concerns with urgency and careImplement proactive strategies like check-ins for low-usage members, milestone rewards, and VIP member touchpointsMonitor daily retention reports and manage follow-up tasks Team Leadership & CultureRecruit, onboard, and develop an exceptional sales and front desk teamDeliver regular sales training, coaching, and role-play sessionsMotivate the team to exceed targets with a clear path to commissions and incentivesUphold Rumble’s brand values through consistent team accountability and culture building Studio OperationsOversee day-to-day operations, cleanliness, and presentation of the studioManage staff schedules and class coverage to ensure optimal studio flowEnsure tech functionality and submit support tickets as neededEnforce compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and Rumble policiesBe onsite full-time, including evenings and weekends as required Qualifications2+ years of sales leadership experience, ideally in fitness, hospitality, or service-based industriesProven success in hitting personal and team sales goalsHigh-energy leadership style with the ability to inspire, train, and manage a small teamStrong interpersonal and written communication skillsProficient in CRM systems and sales reporting toolsHighly organized and detail-oriented with a passion for problem-solvingPassionate about fitness Powered by JazzHR
