They need someone who is willing to learn and is eager to know (or learn) about the company’s working system / structure proactively by themselves. What you'll be doing : Set up time & labor lines for production engineering team member time entry Create headcount analysis for annual Mid Term Business Plan Oversee reporting for actual time worked by project Work closely with A&F to reconcile monthly billing of time back to the projects Troubleshoot MyTime issues with HR, Payroll, and ITx teams Kaizen reporting methods to improve PE customer experience Requirements : Candidates should have a HS degree / some college or equivalent work experience. Ideally would have a bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience Microsoft Excel is mandatory Timesheet or payrolling experience would be helpful Knowledge of Kaizen reporting would be helpful Experience with PowerBI is required SAP Experience is a plus Previous background or experience working at Toyota is a huge plus Disclaimer : Kyyba is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
