Experience :

• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Travel experience is required from any number of months.
• Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

Requirements :

100 miles from facility to be submitted.

Required Skills / Experience : EFM interpretation and intervention, adult and neonatal assessment skills

Types of Patients on Unit : L&D, postpartum, Antepartum, Newborns, Infants

Level 2A Nursery – will care for sick babies

Gyn-Surgicals / Mastectomy post-op – preferred experience – if candidate is not comfortable with these, other staff may be able to take

Unit / Facility Details : Beds : 8

Patient Ratios :

Laboring - 1 / 2; Couplets 1 / 3-4

Shift & Scheduling :

Weekend rotation : every other weekend

On call : LOC per census and LOC rotation

Holiday Expectations : 3 holidays scheduled, 1 on-call, rotating schedule

Floating Requirements : Med / surg – as helping hands / in the role of a CNA

Could be floated within scope of practice and below

7 days maximum time off

2 references from last 12 months (Manager / Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
