Position : AWS Lead

Location : NJ office (Day-1 onsite) - Iselin, NJ 08830

Job Type : 6+ month contract

Job Description :

  • 15+ years of experience required.
  • AWS services like API development (API Gateway, Lambda), designing workflows (Step Functions mostly), event-based communication using SQS / SNS, S3 file download / upload , Secret management using AWS Secrets / SSM, debugging / monitoring using CloudWatch, etc.
  • Deep working experience on various tools on AWS.

Strong Scripting knowledge in JavaScript / Python / Java / Shell, CLI, AWS SDK / API.

Effective experience in a technical leadership role :

  • Overseeing projects
  • Experience in people management , supervision / team leadership role
  • Experience in Stakeholder management
  • You collaborate with key stakeholders to determine future direction of work
  • Set and communicate team priorities that support the broader organization's goals
  • Align strategy, processes, and decision-making across teams
  • Set clear expectations with individuals based on their level and role and aligned to the broader organization's goals
  • Evolve the roadmap to meet anticipated future requirements and program needs

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience with a good academic background
  • Should be able to explore newer technical areas along with the team
  • Proven experience handling tickets for Dev / Production environments
  • Experience in Platform Engineering to optimize environments for cost and efficiency
  • Independently think through use cases and infer details on the requirements
