Early Intervention Occupational Therapist – Home Care Job Type Part-Time (Minimum 20 hours/week) with opportunity to transition to Full-Time Job Description We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Early Intervention Occupational Therapist to provide home-based services to infants and toddlers (birth to 3 years old) and their families. This role focuses on supporting developmental milestones, functional skills, and caregiver education within the child’s natural environment. This position offers a minimum of 20 hours per week , with flexibility and room to grow into a full-time role based on availability and caseload. Responsibilities Provide occupational therapy services to children ages birth to 3 in home and community settings Conduct developmental evaluations and ongoing assessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on family-centered goals Educate and coach caregivers on strategies to support development in daily routines Collaborate with families, service coordinators, and interdisciplinary team members Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with state and agency requirements Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development as required Qualifications Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy Current state Occupational Therapist license Experience in early intervention and/or pediatrics preferred (new graduates welcome to apply) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently in a home-based setting Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Full Time Benefits Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Competitive salary Flexible schedule and work-life balance Supportive, collaborative team environment
